Jazz music out of the Detroit scene, a history presentation of the 1920s and how the American people won the war against the ban on alcohol, prohibition-inspired cocktails by Aj Valerio, an exquisite menu prepared by Chef Stu Christoff featuring decade-appropriate appetizers like Lobster Tartlets, a bourbon-grapefruit twist on the classic Waldorf salad, main courses featuring Prime Rib with horseradish cream and rosemary jus & grilled Alaskan Caught Salmon with bourbon maple glaze. Ending with a dessert table that is criminal. This event is sure to take you back in time and overload your senses. Dress code is encouraged to represent the times, you will need a password to get in of course and the finale of the night will leave you in applause and ready to dance the night away.
