Jodi Schafer has been with Human Resource Management Services, LLC since 2010. In early 2013, she succeeded Toni Talbot as the company’s owner and general partner. Jodi is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Education from Kalamazoo College. With over ten years of experience “in the trenches” of human resource management, her solutions are both practical and proven to help her clients succeed. Jodi writes a regular H.R. column for various statewide publications and conducts speaking engagements and training seminars on all aspects of human resources including Employee Relations, Leadership Skills, On-boarding, Recruitment.
