Donna M. Gardner is strengths focused leadership consultant, facilitator, trainer and coach. A passionate strengths champion, Donna applies her strong relationship building talents and engaging personal style to build and maintain an environment of confidence and trust.  She activates her strategic thinking talents and facilitation skills to assist individuals and organizations with goal setting, decision-making and relationship building. Ms. Gardner is a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach and utilizes Clifton strengths-based coaching with individuals, businesses, faith-based organizations and nonprofit organizations.  Donna connects with her clients with deep commitment and enthusiasm, identifying and building on individual and organizational strengths to enhance performance, increase engagement and improve wellbeing. 

Donna holds a Masters Degree in Communication and is also a certified Visioning facilitator.
