How To Make Coquito
INGREDIENTS
2 (15-oz.) cans cream of coconut
2 (12-oz.) cans evaporated milk
1 c. (or more) white rum
1 large egg yolk (optional)
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp. pure vanilla extract
1/4 tsp. grated fresh nutmeg, plus more serving
Cinnamon sticks, for serving
Directions
Step 1. In a blender, blend cream of coconut, milk, rum, egg yolk (if using), ground cinnamon, vanilla, and nutmeg until well combined, 1 to 2 minutes. Taste and add more rum if desired.
Step 2. Pour the coquito into a large container with a lid, cover, and refrigerate until well chilled, at least 2 hours or up to 4 days. To serve, stir well to disperse the cinnamon and pour into small cups.
Step 3. Garnish with nutmeg and cinnamon sticks.

Ingredients
Granulated sugar, for rim
1 grapefruit wedge
Ice
2 1/2 oz. cranberry juice cocktail
2 oz. blanco or reposado tequila
1 1/2 oz. fresh grapefruit juice
Soda water, for topping off
Grapefruit twist and fresh cranberries, for garnish
Directions
Step 1. Pour some sugar onto a small plate. Rub one side of a Collins glass with grapefruit wedge, then dip into sugar, turning to coat.
Step 2. Fill prepared glass with ice. Add cranberry juice cocktail, tequila, and grapefruit juice. Top off with club soda and gently stir with a bar spoon. Garnish with grapefruit twist and cranberries.
